Composition of the Air Biker Kit
The “Ecopra” reactor is composed of a reactor and a pre-assembled stainless steel thermos pipe or a single reactor to be inserted into a snorkel.
And for more precision The kit is delivered pre-assembled to simplify the installation. (Depending on your vehicle photos and email for installation assistance included).
The AirDrinker moto Air Biker kit includes the following elements:
- One or two pre-filters.
- A 200mm to 300mm reactor in 3/8 stainless steel aviation braid depending on the air acquisition.
- Two nuts
- Two gaskets
- Two stop segments pre-mounted on the stainless steel
- A flexible stainless steel tube with a length of 0.5 meters
- A cuttable anti-vibration foam (accessory depending on the type of assembly).
- A plastic fixing collar.
This complete kit offers all the necessary components for an easy and efficient installation. It is delivered pre-assembled.
Kit Assembly Air Biker
The assembly of the Air Biker kit typically varies between 20 minutes and 1 hour, based on our experience with various makes and models of motorcycles and watercraft. The kit comes pre-assembled, simplifying the process. The crucial step is to adjust the flexible tube upstream of the air filter air inlet.
Installation is done directly in the environment of the air box filter and the engine. The reactor will be positioned under the fairing, offering an elegant discretion, or will remain visible under an engine casing, adding an aesthetic touch to your vehicle.
