What personal data does the SAS ECOPRA organization collect and for what processing?
- With prospects/customers: Identity, contact details, role of people with a functional link to the SAS ECOPRA organization projects
- For candidates/speakers: Identity, contact details and information included in CV/application, training monitoring.
- Data related to legal quality management processes.
The SAS ECOPRA organization undertakes to:
- Do not use the data collected for purposes other than those for which they were collected
- Prohibit any outside person from entering or staying in the offices of the SAS ECOPRA organization in which certain personal data is stored, without the presence of a member of the organization’s staff.
- Ensure that the various employees, subcontractors or partners who intervene in the context of the services offered by the organization SAS ECOPRAtake the necessary precautions to ensure the security of the data transmitted to them and inform us of any problem of which they are aware and which would impact the protection of the personal data of our employees and customers.
What are the procedures for exercising your right to access, rectify or delete personal data?
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and liberties as amended and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, employees, subcontractors and customers of the organization SAS ECOPRA benefit from a right of access, rectification, portability, erasure of data or limitation of processing. It is also possible, for legitimate reasons, to oppose the processing of data within the limits of the legal obligations imposed on the organization SAS ECOPRA and without this being able to infringe on business secrets or intellectual property. Excluding the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL and subject to the production of valid proof of identity, exercise your rights by contacting the organization SAS ECOPRA which will provide a response as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after receipt of the request.

As provided by the CNIL, the organization SAS ECOPRA is not required to respond to requests for right of access if:
- They are clearly unfounded or excessive, particularly due to their repetitive nature (for example, multiple requests made close together in time for a copy already provided);
- The data is no longer stored / has been deleted: in this case, access is impossible (e.g. finalization of a mission/project, end of service contract, etc.)
