The AirDrinker is a fuel saver

Air is the essential oxidant for the combustion of a fuel. A thermal engine uses different fuels (diesel, gasoline, hydrogen, liquefied gas, etc.) to achieve ideal combustion. The precise dosage of the quantity of air and fuel used is essential, this is the stoichiometric ratio, the ideal ratio between air and fuel to obtain perfect combustion and fuel economy. Ecopra offers a new phenomenon called “augmented air”.

Air consumption of an engine or boiler

  • Diesel uses 15,000 litres of air (15 m³) per 1 litre of fuel.
  • Gasoline uses 17,000 liters of air (17 m³) for 1 liter of fuel.
  • LPG uses 16,000 litres of air (16 m³) per 1 litre of fuel.
  • Bioethanol uses 8,000 liters of air (8 m³) for 1 liter of fuel.
  • Hydrogen uses 30,000 liters of air (30 m³) for 1 liter of fuel.
  • Wood uses between 4,000 and 6,000 litres of air per 1 kg, etc.

What is most consumed by an engine is therefore air. Air has no standards or specifications, it is a material common to combustion. It is the same air that circulates in our lungs, it is filtered, cooled and heated in the same way as in an engine. However, it undergoes a thermal shock of 700 to 2300°C. It is upstream that Ecopra’s action on the qualification of the Air material for an improvement in fuel consumption occurs. Even before the air filter, Ecopra’s innovations prepare the air for this thermal and dynamic shock to reduce fuel consumption.

The quality of combustion

The quality of combustion depends on the quality of the fuel and the oxidant. The market only offers fuel-saving additives, whether at the pump or in the form of products to be added to the tank, their action being either pre- or post-combustion.

On the other hand, for the oxidant (air), there is no characterization of its quality (apart from its filtration). And there is no additive for the air, because it is not stored in a tank attached to the vehicle! It must therefore be treated online. This is what The ecopra AirDrinker Kit© does

The air drinker is energy-efficient (no electricity or electronics). It is autonomous.

The air drinker adapts to all configurations and generations of engines and boilers for optimization of fuel consumption.

It is energy-efficient (no electricity or electronics), autonomous, fully recyclable and transposable to improve energy efficiency.

The air drinker to increase the combustion qualities

The Ecopra© Air Drinker Kit The Ecopra© Air Drinker Kit revolutionizes the upstream process of air filtration by informing, shaping and improving the combustion properties of the air. It should be noted that this process differs depending on whether it is used with or without an air filter, as wood or oil boilers generally do not need one.

The suction of the boiler engine subjects the AirDrinker by depression and activates it. The result is immediate: reduced opacity, reduced noise pollution and earlier torque.

The AirDrinker system is therefore operated by the engine itself, with no other source of energy than the engine’s vacuum. The AirDrinker is a measure to reduce fuel consumption.

Ultimately, all internal combustion engines, regardless of their generation, type of carburetion or whether they comply with Euro 2, Euro 4, Euro 5 or Euro 6 standards, just like boilers, share one essential element: the crucial importance of the oxidant, namely air.

All the genius of augmented air

The effects of the modified oxidant (Artemis and empirical test and pollution test) are:

  1. Change in combustion quality. It is more complete and less hot. A new fuel saving technology
  2. Less heat loss: lower exhaust gas temperature (benefit: less polluting exhaust gas, beneficial for global warming). Disappearance of traces of hydrocarbons (conservation of chemical energy).
  3. Oils and consumables (engine oil and coolant) are cooler, the pressure is lower, which relieves the water and oil pumps (less mechanical effort), thus reducing the engine’s own load.
  4. This results in a observed drop in engine speed (the engine’s own load). On transfer and hydraulic motor (Agricultural and Wine-making construction), a cooler oil is denser, which improves yields by 25 to 35% in reactivity.
  5. This therefore helps to conserve and save energy.
  6. This results in financial savings (reduction in cost per km/hour), time savings (higher average speed because the engine is more responsive), increased autonomy (for the electric generators of the generator sets) and a significant reduction in pollution (reduction in opacity, CO, CO², HC, NOx, NP, MP). The AirDrinker improves fuel-efficient driving techniques.
  7. Noise level reduction of up to 5 decibels.

Ecopra has judiciously used the European Artémis test, also renowned for its adoption by TotalEnergies in the context of its additive fuels. This test was used to evaluate the efficiency of a formatted oxidizer. In addition, the empirical results from thousands of installations, moreover, convincingly confirm the successes of our applied research in the field.

The economic and social impact

The impact of the increased formatted oxidant on pollution control and energy savings exceeds that of the additive fuel by 5 to 9 times.

This reality is supported by a series of patents, as well as by national and international press articles national and international that illustrate all of our research.

The application is revolutionary both in its results and in the absence of any previous technology. It immediately responds to an environmental, energy and societal problem.

Note: A man consumes about 15,000 liters of air (15 m³) per day. Saving 1 liter of fuel is equivalent to preserving the air of one man per day and, at the same time, not polluting the air of 3 men per day.
